Our competitive, value for money services are available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Emergency Response

If you are concerned about what happens if your heating breaks down or if you discover a water leak during a weekend or in the evening then with our NEW breakdown cover service we could be with you soon after your call to sort out the problem.

If you think you can smell gas, please call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. We can then visit to find the leak and carry out repairs if necessary.

While we do not offer a general 24/7 service, we will respond promptly to breakdowns during our working day and out-of hours messages will be dealt with at the earliest opportunity.
